Robrics is an AI-driven hiring platform. Recruiters post positions and manage their hiring pipeline. Candidates are interviewed and evaluated by an automated AI system. The Service includes AI-generated interview questions, automated response scoring, and AI-produced fit assessments. All AI-generated results are reviewed by a human recruiter, who makes the final hiring decision. For more information about our AI practices, see our AI use and fairness disclosure.

• Business users. You must be at least 18 years old to create a recruiter or team account.
• Candidates. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to apply for a position.
• Account responsibilities. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and submitting applications.

If you use the Service as a recruiter or on behalf of a hiring organisation, you are responsible for:

• Lawful use of AI in hiring. Complying with all applicable employment and data protection laws in the jurisdictions where you hire, including any requirements to notify candidates about AI use.
• Candidate notices and consent. Giving candidates the required notices and obtaining any consents needed before their data is processed through the Service, including the AI disclosure and consent presented in the platform.
• Human review. Reviewing AI-generated results before making hiring decisions. AI scores are advisory only and must not be the sole basis for a hiring decision.
• No unlawful discrimination. Not using the Service to discriminate against candidates on the basis of a protected characteristic.
• Accessibility. Providing reasonable accommodations to candidates who request them, and responding to accommodation requests in a timely manner.

• Honest information. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your resume, application, and interview answers.
• No impersonation. You must not impersonate another person or submit someone else's work as your own.
• AI assistance. Some hiring teams may forbid the use of AI tools during interviews. If the hiring team's rules forbid AI assistance, you must not use it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to access, alter, or delete data belonging to another user or organisation.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI screening or evaluation systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or plagiarised application materials or interview responses.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or manipulate the Service.

• Plans. Recruiter subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Plan details and current pricing are shown on the pricing page and in the app. Candidates do not pay to use the Service.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@robrics.ai.
• Trial. Recruiter accounts include a free trial. No payment details are required to start a trial.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service, including position details, candidate resumes, interview answers, and scorecards. We process your data on your behalf to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit candidate data and for complying with your data protection obligations. The Service uses AI to generate interview questions, evaluate responses, and produce fit scores. These outputs are suggestions that require human review. We do not guarantee that AI-generated assessments are accurate, complete, or free from bias. A human recruiter must review all AI results before any hiring decision is made. The Service does not make solely automated hiring decisions.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and do not promise a specific level of uptime. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

Robrics, including its software, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of [Registered company name] and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit, including resumes and interview responses. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to process it for the purpose of providing the Service, including AI screening, evaluation, and presentation to the relevant hiring team.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account is inactive for an extended period, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) remain in effect.
