About this list
We review this list when we add or remove a service. If we add a new sub-processor that processes candidate personal data, we will update this page before the change takes effect. Locations shown as "Confirm location" have not yet been verified by us.
Application hosting and database
- Provider:
- Base44 (the platform Robrics is built on)
- Purpose:
- Hosting the web application, running server-side functions, and storing all application data including accounts, positions, applications, resumes, interview answers, scores, and audit logs.
- Data shared:
- All data stored and processed by the platform.
- Location:
- Confirm location
Payment processing
- Provider:
- Stripe, Inc.
- Purpose:
- Subscription billing, checkout, and billing portal access for recruiter accounts.
- Data shared:
- Email address, billing details, and payment card data. Card details are tokenised by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
- Location:

Video interviews
- Provider:
- Daily.co
- Purpose:
- Live video interviews for human-led interview rounds, including cloud recording and transcription of the interview.
- Data shared:
- Video and audio of the interview, participant identifiers, and the room name. Recordings and transcripts are stored by Daily.co and fetched into Robrics for review.
- Location:
- Confirm location
AI and language models
- Provider:
- Large language model providers accessed through the Base44 platform integration (InvokeLLM). The specific model used may include providers such as Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic.
- Purpose:
- Resume screening and fit scoring, interview question generation, answer evaluation, transcript analysis, job description generation, and hands-on exercise generation.
- Data shared:
- Redacted resume text (contact details stripped), job description text, interview answers, and transcripts. Raw contact details are removed before any data is sent to the AI.

Speech to text
- Provider:
- Whisper speech recognition, accessed through the Base44 platform integration (TranscribeAudio).
- Purpose:
- Transcribing interview audio recordings into text for review and AI analysis.
- Data shared:
- Audio files from interview recordings.

Email delivery
- Provider:
- Email delivery service accessed through the Base44 platform integration (SendEmail).
- Purpose:
- Sending notifications, interview invitations, deadline reminders, and support replies to recruiters and candidates.
- Data shared:
- Email address, name, and the content of the email message.

- Confirm location
File extraction
- Provider:
- File extraction service accessed through the Base44 platform integration (ExtractDataFromUploadedFile).
- Purpose:
- Extracting text from resume files in PDF, DOC, and other formats that cannot be parsed locally.
- Data shared:
- The uploaded resume file.

- Confirm location
