We process your personal data to run AI-assisted interviews on behalf of the hiring organisation. This includes analysing your resume, generating interview questions, evaluating your responses, and producing fit scores. A human recruiter always reviews the AI's output and makes the final hiring decision.
Your data is kept for the retention period set by the hiring organisation (typically 30 to 365 days). After that, all recordings, transcripts, AI analyses, and personal details are permanently deleted. An anonymised record of dates and scores is retained for analytics.
You can request permanent deletion of your personal data at any time. Visit our Request deletion page, or email us at info@robrics.ai. We'll verify your identity and process your request.
